How we collect, use, and protect your information across the IncentiScore web and mobile apps.
Last updated August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IncentiScore AI (“IncentiScore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, web dashboard, and mobile applications (together, the “Services”).
IncentiScore is a real estate decision-support platform used by buyers, sellers, homeowners, and real estate agents to score properties, estimate true ownership cost, plan pre-listing repairs, and manage deals. This policy applies to everyone who uses the Services, regardless of role.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), role (buyer, seller, agent), and, for agents, brokerage details.
Property information. Addresses and property details you search, import, or enter — price, square footage, bedrooms/bathrooms, year built, listing remarks, tax and HOA figures, and similar data — along with any notes, financial assumptions, or offer strategy you save against a property.
Photos and documents. Photos you capture or upload during an IncentiRepair walkthrough or a homeowner update, and documents you upload to a property or deal (inspection reports, disclosures, and similar files).
Financial inputs. Figures you provide to model a purchase — down payment, loan assumptions, cash reserves — used to estimate your true monthly cost. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers; card payments are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
Communications. Messages you send through Just Jack AI, notes and comments on a deal, and messages you send us directly (support requests, contact form submissions).
Usage and device information. Log data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, actions taken) collected automatically when you use the Services, and, on mobile, permissions you grant (such as camera or photo library access) for features that need them.
Information from others. If an agent adds you as a client, or a seller/buyer shares a deal with you through the collaboration portal, we receive the information they enter about you (name, email, and the property or deal context).
IncentiScore, IncentiPayment, IncentiRepair, and Just Jack AI rely on a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to analyze the property data and photos you provide and generate scores, cost estimates, repair recommendations, and conversational responses. The specific data sent depends on the feature — for example, an IncentiRepair walkthrough sends the photos and notes from that walkthrough; an IncentiScore run sends the property record you're scoring.
AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes to support your decision-making. It is not a substitute for a licensed inspection, appraisal, or professional advice — see our Terms of Service for more on this.
We retain your account and property data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Your privacy rights below.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, which can include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, rights available to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, or to residents of the European Economic Area and UK under the GDPR).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@incentiscore.ai. We'll verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you're a buyer or seller connected to an agent through a shared deal, some information may need to stay accessible to that agent as part of an active transaction even after you request deletion — we'll explain what applies to your situation when you reach out.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data scoping — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.
The Services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
IncentiScore is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
